Using the new version of Remastersys for Karmic, I successfully cloned my Karmic Koala with all installed apps. Before make a USB Startup Disk out of it I tried it first with Virtualbox. Booted back to Jaunty and booted the iso file with Virtualbox, and here it is, Koala meets Jackalope.

Alright, all set, time to create USB Startup Disk.
