Updates for my previous post about Remastersys that didn't work under Karmic Koala.
Now it does. Have not the chance to try it myself, but the author has made Remastersys repository for Karmic Koala. Here :

This repository is only for Karmic and newer with grub2 - version 2.0.13-1 and up. For previous version, read here. Nice work and thanks a lot Tony Brijeski!
Now I'll boot to Karmic Koala and give it a try :)
