Well you are searching "Microsoft.com" in the example, not the whole web.. Can't imagine there are many pro-linux pages in the microsoft.com domain..
:) that is my point,
searching for "linux" word in microsoft territory.
Searching for "Windows" at Ubuntu.com yields similar results.
